Baby Steps with Alexis

Does your child

Each play based session explores the child’s range of motion, uses their innate reflexes to guide movement, provides developmentally appropriate activities to work on with your child, and builds feelings of self-confidence and empowerment.

In the first year of life, movement patterns form as the infant’s innate reflexes prime them for independent movement. How we handle and play with our children can support alignment, core strength and healthy movement as they develop and grow. An Infant Developmental Movement Educator helps caregivers learn ways to support their child to develop ease in movement from birth through walking. This can be applied to children who are developing normally as well as those who might be dealing with setbacks or challenges.

60 minute session, in your home – $70
*travel fee of $10 per 15 miles
